The only thing I was fit for was to be a writer, and this notion rested solely on my suspicion that I would never be fit for real work, and that writing didn’t require any.

WHO DOES THIS “GUY” THINK HE IS?
Guy LeCharles Gonzalez is an old and new media pragmatist, and marketing technopologist.
Professionally, he’s a multi-faceted sales, marketing and audience development professional with an entrepreneurial spirit and 15 years experience in publishing (print and digital), event planning and public speaking.
Personally, he’s a father, husband, poet, writer and long-suffering NY Mets and Jets fan. The combination is wonderfully complicated and quite simple, really.
He can be rather outspoken at times and does not suffer fools gladly, so nothing on this site is meant to be representative of his employers — past, present or future.
You can also find him on Twitter, LinkedIn, Tumblr, Posterous and, occasionally, in Botanica Bar, among other places, online and in real life. (Facebook is primarily for real-life family and friends.)
NOTE: “Guy” is pronounced like “guillotine”, not “guidance”.
